IV.1) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5352, granting to Peoples Gas System, a division of Tampa Electric Company, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive Natural Gas Franchise Agreement to use the public rights of way of the City of Sarasota, Florida, and prescribing the terms and conditions under which said Franchise may be exercised; making findings; providing for acceptance by the Company; providing an effective date, etc. (Title Only)

IV.2) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5378 amending the Code of the City of Sarasota, Chapter 22, Parks and Recreation, regarding Park Closing Times and Park Rules; providing for uniform closing times for City Parks with limited exceptions; providing authority for Administrative Rules to be applied within Parks when approved by the City Manager; providing for the repeal of Ordinances in conflict and providing for an effective date

IV.3) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5368, amending the Zoning Code of the City of Sarasota; (2002 Edition) to provide that Temporary Recurring Community Services Uses are allowable by Provisional Use Permit in the following Office Zone Districts: OCD, ORD and MCI; in the following Commercial Zone Districts: CSD, CRG, CGD, CSC and CBN; in the following Production Intensive Commercial Zone Districts: ICD, IGD, IHD an CI; and in the following Downtown Zone Districts: DTNE, DTE, DTC and DTB; subject to the regulations and limitations more fully set forth herein; amending Article IV, Division 18 of the Zoning Code entitled Provisional Use Permit regarding criteria for approval; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 21-ZTA-01, Applicant: City of Sarasota)

IV.4) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 20-5337, amending the Zoning Code (2002 Edition) of the City of Sarasota by amending Article VI, Zone Districts, Division 2, Single Family Zone Districts, so as to allow Accessory Dwelling Units as a permitted use, and Division 9, Special Public Interest Overlay Districts, Section VI-907, Coastal Islands Overlay District, to prohibit Accessory Dwelling Units therein; and by amending Article VII, Regulations of General Applicability, Division 6, Additional Use and Development Standards, Section VII-602, Specific Standards for Certain Uses, Subsection (cc), Accessory Dwelling Units, so as to amend the standards applicable to Accessory Dwelling Units; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 20-ZTA-03, Applicant City of Sarasota)
