V.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3044, revising the Special Event Fee Schedule for the use of city parks, urban areas and linear spaces to provide for the use of in-kind services for city co-sponsored special events, etc. (Title Only)

V.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3053, amending and re-stating Resolution 17R-2668 which created the "Economic Development Fund" within the Fiscal year 2017-2018 annual budget and future annual budgets and which specified the purpose of the "Economic Development Fund"; restating the purpose of the fund in order to provide funding for the initiatives and programs that have a positive economic impact on the community, etc. (Title Only) (THIS ITEM WAS CONTINUED TO AFTERNOON SESSION AFTER LUNCH BREAK)

V.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3054, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $328,125.00 from the Bay Park Conservancy Grant Fund for a grant to reduce storm water runoff into Sarasota Bay by installing baffle boxes and to reimburse the Bay Park Conservancy who paid 100% of the cost. . This item will increase the budget in the amount of $328,125.00

V.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3056, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $149,940.00 for a Florida Department of Environmental Protection grant for New Pass Inlet Management Study. The City's match of 50% or $74,970.00 will be funded from the Tourist Development Tax Fund. This item will increase the budget in the amount of $149,940.00

V.6) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5382, amending the Future Land Use Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sarasota [aka The Sarasota City Plan (2030)] to change the Future Land Use Map Classification of an approximately 3.15 +/- acre parcel of real property bounded by 10th Street on the south, Cocoanut Avenue on the west, Florida Avenue on the east, and privately owned parcels on the north with street addresses of 1313 and 1315 10th Street, 1030, 1042, 1050, and 1056 Cocoanut Avenue, and 1019, 1037, 1047, and 1051 Florida Avenue from the Community Office Institutional Future Land Use Map Classification to the Multiple Family High Density Future Land Use Map Classification, in accordance with Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application No. 20-PA-02; repealing Ordinances in conflict; providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 20-PA-02, Applicant Joel J.
