VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Consent to Interim Easement Agreement and the Consent to Garage Parking and Drainage Easement Agreement between 200 South Washington Boulevard, LLC and GK Sarasota Opportunity Venture, LLC, each dealing with the real property located at 200 South Washington Boulevard
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to execute 2022 Stop Loss Renewal Contract between the City of Sarasota and Blue Cross Blue Shield for Medical/Prescription Coverage for individual stop loss coverage at the $250,000.00 retention level including aggregate stop loss for benefit year 2022
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Integrated Solutions Consulting, Corporation (RFP #18-26JS) for Disaster Recovery Consulting & Representation Services. The City has not spent any funds on Disaster Recovery Consulting & Representation Services for RFP #18-26JS since the Agreement effective start date of January 30, 2019
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and P J Goldman Painting Co., Inc. (Bid No. 19-49CM) for Traffic Signal and Street Light Painting Services. The City has spent the amount of $35,870.00 from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021 utilizing Bid No. 19-49CM
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3055, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $2,239,500.00 for Lido Beach Nourishment Grant to be funded 50/50 from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Tourist Development Tax Fund
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3057, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $35,000.00 from the General Fund for additional lighting on trees and specialty holiday lighting downtown. This item will increase the budget in the amount of $35,000.00

XI.1) Second Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5358, to rezone those two certain parcels of real property totaling approximately 13.424 +/- acres located south of Glengary Street and east of Liberty Avenue with street addresses of 2170 and 2104 Robinhood Street from the Office Neighborhood District (OND) and Intensive Commercial District (ICD) Zone Districts to the Office Regional District (ORD) and Commercial Storefront District (CSD) Zone Districts subject to several proffers which will limit the intensity and density of the development, as well as establish development parameters, for the subject property; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 20-REN-03, Applicant Michael Halflants of Halflants + Pichette Studio for Modern Architecture as agent representing Bath and Racquet Development, Inc.) A second public hearing is being held to allow public comment on the Transportation Study (aka Traffic Impact Study)
