VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3058, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue budget of $5,729,769.00 for a Federal Grant award from the U.S. Small Business Administration's Shuttered Venue Operators Grant

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3059, amending the budgets for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by appropriating funds for the appropriation or re-appropriation of expenditures that were budgeted or available to be budgeted in the previous fiscal year in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) re-appropriation of unencumbered balances identified by the Financial Administration Director as expenses necessary to maintain operations from Fiscal Year 2020-2021 into Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This item will increase the budget by $635,311.00

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3061, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to transfer $1,270,000.00 of American Rescue Plan Act funds and $272,810.00 Resurfacing project funds to the Ringling Bike Lane Legacy Trail project for additional funding. This item will not increase the budget, only reallocate currently budgeted funds

VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3062, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to transfer $1,000,000.00 of American Rescue Plan Act funds to the Main Street Streetscape Improvement project for additional funding. This item will not increase the budget, only reallocate currently budgeted funds

VII.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3063, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $83,000.00 from the FDOT Grant Fund for a Speed and Aggressive Driving sub-grant award. There is no required match for this grant

VII.6) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5391, to rezone those four (4) certain parcels which constitute a 2.04+/- acre parcel of real property bounded by Fruitville Road on the north, Bearded Oaks Drive on the east, private parcels on the south and a County drainage easement on the west with a street address of 3964 Fruitvlle Road from the Residential Single Family Estate (RSF-E) Zone District to the Office Community District (OCD) Zone District; approving Site Plan Application No. 21-SP-08 to allow construction of an up to 13,900 gross square-foot two story office building; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application Nos. 21-RE-03 and 21-SP-08, Applicant Chris Cianfaglione, PLA, of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as agent representing Education Foundation of Sarasota County, contract purchaser)
