VII.8) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5393, amending Rezone Ordinance No. 20-5315 which, pursuant to Application No. 19-RE-01 rezoned that certain approximately 25.26 +/- acres parcel of real property located west of N. Orange Avenue, east of the Seminole Gulf Railroad track, between 17th Street to the north and 11th Street to the south with street addresses of 1501 and 1199 N. Orange Avenue, commonly known as The Pines of Sarasota, from the Office Regional District (ORD) Zone District and the Industrial (I) Zone District to the Downtown Edge (DTE) Zone District so as to amend proffered Site Plan Application No. 19-SP-08 which allowed Phase I of the Redevelopment Plan consisting of replacement of existing facilities as well as improvements to drainage and access so as to allow as Phase II of the Redevelopment Plan construction of an up to 75-child daycare facility; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 21-ROA-02, Applicant: Joel J.
