VI) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 1:
VI.1) Approval Re: Request to schedule a Special City Commission Meeting for deliberation of the Charter Review Committee recommendations for Monday, March 28, 2022 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Easement between the City of Sarasota and Mark Mulligan (an abutting property owner) for masonry wall construction and landscape planting to the north of Whitaker Gateway Park
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and CPH, Inc., Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc., and Hall Darling Design Studio, P.A (RFP #18-38BK) for Architectural Services. The City has spent a total of $219,480.46 with these consultants for Architectural Services relating to RFP #18-38BK
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Willdan Financial Services, Redevelopment Management Associates and Lambert Advisory LLC. (RFP 18-39B) for City-Wide Market Analysis Consulting Services with an estimated annual expenditure in the amount of $50,000.00
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground (ITB 22-07PB) for Industrial Court & 14th Street reconstruction in the amount of $429,359.12
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3065, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $100,000.00 for a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Grant for construction and landscape enhancements on U.S. 41 from Boulevard of the Arts to Tenth Street
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3074, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $530,082.00 for a grant from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to fund a Trolley Service for the City of Sarasota
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3075, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $219,458.00 from the Equipment Replacement Fund balance for the purchase of Public Works Department replacement vehicles
VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3078, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $26,634.00 for the 2021 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) for ten automatic license plate reader cameras. There is no City match required for this grant
VII.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3079, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $40,000.00 for a West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) Grant for rapid response and removal navigation improvements. There is no City match required for this grant
VII.6) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3080, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $144,936.00 for a West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) Grant for marine patrol hours. There is no City match required for this grant
VII.7) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3081, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $30,000.00 for a payment from Veoride, Inc. for parking corral buildout expenses related to the micro-mobility agreement
