(RFP #21-61BK) for Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator Services for an all-inclusive flat rate annual service fee in the amount of $87,000.00

VI.4) Approval Re: Property Insurance Coverage Renewals brokered through Brown & Brown (formally known as Public Risk Insurance Advisors) for Property Insurance renewals, effective April 1, 2022 through April 1, 2023 with the renewal cost increased by a combined 12% totaling $161,302.00 for a total cost of $1,498,881.00.

VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor to execute the Termination of Inactive Drainage Easement for a seventy-three (73) year old City drainage easement, which was never extinguished upon the property of the Luxe on 10th Development Project located at 1030 Cocoanut Avenue

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Multimodal Transportation Impact Fee Deferral Lien Agreement between the City of Sarasota, the Sarasota Housing Authority and Amaryllis Park Place, LLLP for Amaryllis Park Place Phase I development project located at 2101 N. Orange Avenue (THIS ITEM WAS REMOVED UNDER CHANGES AT THE MEETING)

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3083, adopting a list of Projects to be provided to the Sarasota County Board of County Commissioners for inclusion in the Fourth Extension of the Infrastructure Sales Surtax, etc. (Title Only)

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3084 amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $51,230.00 for vehicle rentals for undercover investigations within the Sarasota Police Department utilizing the Law Enforcement Trust fund balance.

VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5403, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 30, Streets, Sidewalks, and Other Public Places, Article II, Right-of-Way Permits and Fees, Section 30-22, Sidewalk Cafe Permits to require applicants for Sidewalk Cafe Permits to provide the total square footage of the requested permit area with an application for a Sidewalk Cafe Permit; to allow space heaters within the permit area; to prohibit advertising of alcoholic beverages in accordance with State Statute; and to add an optional process whereby the City Engineer may refer alleged violations of Section 30-22 to the Code Compliance Division instead of revoking the Sidewalk Cafe Permit; providing for severability, etc. (Title Only)

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5404, amending the Zoning Code (2002 Edition) of the City of Sarasota by amending and re-stating previously adopted Ordinance 20-5337 regarding accessory dwelling units to clarify that the requirement that an applicant for a building permit to construct an accessory dwelling unit shall supply the City with an Affidavit as more fully specified therein shall apply only to accessory units located in the RSF-E, RSF-1, RSF-2, RSF-3 and RSF-4 Zone Districts and shall not apply to accessory dwelling units located within other zone districts; and to further clarify that such Affidavit shall not require an accessory unit to be rented; providing for severability of the parts hereof; etc. (Title Only)
