VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment and Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Decorating Elves, Inc. (Bid #20-01JS) for Downtown Tree Light Installation and Maintenance Services, $256,272.76 was spent between FY 2020--2022 (THIS ITEM WAS REMOVED UNDER CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE DAY)

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Plant Parents of Sarasota Inc. (RFP #19-27CM) for Ornamental Plant Installation and Maintenance Service FY 2021-2022 - $74,345.00

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second and Final Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) and DRC Emergency Services, LLC (DRCES) for Disaster Recovery Services and to execute the Second Amendment to and Second and Final Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture, Inc. (CGJV) for Disaster Recovery Services (RFP #18-05JS). The City has spent $51,317.12 with CES related to red tide and no funds with DRC and CGJV on Disaster Recovery Services for RFP #18-05JS since the Agreement effective start date of 7/03/2018

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Gator Grading & Paving, LLC for City-Wide Traffic Calming Construction Services (Bid #20-29CM). The City has not spent funds with Gator Grading & Paving, LLC for City-Wide Traffic Calming Construction Services due to traffic calming elements being constructed utilizing City staff.

VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Wastewater Acquisition, LLC (Bid No. 22-24JS) for Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Treatment Services in an annual amount approximately $216,000.00

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreements between the City of Sarasota and Flotech Environmental, LLC., EnviroWaste Services Group, Inc., & Shenandoah General Construction, LLC. (Bid No. 22-14JS) for City-Wide Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Inspection Services in a total, annual aggregate amount of approximately $75,000.00

VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Carollo Engineers, Inc. (RFP #22-12JS) for Consulting Engineering Services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project in an approximate amount of $1,900,000.00 over the term of the contract

VI.8) Approval Re: Fiscal Year 2022 - 2023 Annual Expenditure Budget for the City of Sarasota Bayfront Mooring Field in the amount of $156,218.46

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3099, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $134,000.00 for additional funds needed in the Leonard Reid Home Project utilizing $67,000.00 of Community Redevelopment Agency fund balance and $67,000.00 from Fredd Atkins Plaza Improvement project
