(RFP 20-19TS) for Bobby Jones Golf Course Clubhouse Design Build Services to modify the Project Scope of Services to include three (3) conceptual design proposals and designs for temporary structures: Clubhouse, Cart storage, and Restrooms. IX.1) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5413, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 30, Street, Sidewalks and other Public Places, Article I, by adding a new Section to be known and entitled as Section 30-26, "Sitting or Lying Down Within Public Right-of-Ways in Pedestrian Activity Zone," by making it unlawful to sit or lie upon a public right of way, including the sidewalk, between the curb line or the edge of pavement of a roadway and the adjacent property line of privately or publicly owned properties, after warning, as more fully specified herein; making findings; providing for severability; repealing Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, etc. (Title Only) (THIS ITEM WAS REMOVED FROM THIS AGENDA AND CONTINUED TO A FUTURE MEETING)
