XII) NEW BUSINESS:
XII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3114, stating a policy for the use of the flagpoles in front of City Hall, including use of the city flagpole to temporarily fly flags other than the city flag; providing that the message conveyed by such temporary flags is intended to constitute governmental speech and not private speech, etc. (Title Only)
