VII.6) Adoption Re: Affirmation of Planning Board Resolution approving Major Conditional Use Application No. 22-CU-03 so as to amend Major Conditional Use Application 18-CU-03 by deleting therefrom four of the six proffered conditions; Major Conditional Use Application 18-CU-03 allowed construction and use of a Bar/Tavern which limited the sale and on-site consumption to beer and wine in a tenant space of the building located at 1445 2nd Street in the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District, as a bar or tavern requires a Major Conditional Use approval in the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District; recommending approval of Site Plan Application No. 22-SP-16 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval, etc. (Title Only)
