VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution 22R-3141, authorizing the execution by the Mayor and attestation by the City Auditor and Clerk on behalf of the City of Sarasota of the Subordination of the City Utility Interests Agreement to the benefit of the State of Florida Department of Transportation, etc. (Title Only)
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3147, requesting the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to modify the light display on the Ringling Causeway Bridge on the days identified herein, etc. (Title Only)
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3148, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to increase the established expenditure budget by $432,965 from the Group Medical and Dental Fund due to increases in claims expense and $328,312 from the Other Post Employment Benefit (OPEB) Trust Fund due to increases in retirees claims.
