VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Donation Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Gulf Coast Community Foundation Inc. for the purpose of construction of a new Lawn Bowling Facility at the Bobby Jones Golf Course in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($466,292.23)
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Amendment of the Agreement between City of Sarasota and Grant's Gardens SRQ LLC. (RFP #21-62DB) for Golden Gate Point Streetscape Maintenance Services to correct mathematical error in the monthly fee from $6,400.00 per month to $6,784.00 per month
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota African American Cultural Coalition for the use of the Leonard Reid House as a temporary arts and cultural center
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and ADEAS-Q, LLC; Alfred Benesch & Company; Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.; and W.E. Oliver, P.E., LLC. (RFP #19-51BK) for Consulting Engineering Services (Traffic Impact Studies, Circulation Reviews and Analysis). The City has spent a total of $629,714.76 from January 22, 2020 through November 2, 2022 for Consulting Engineering Services (Traffic Impact Studies, Circulation Reviews and Analysis
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3145, amending the budgets for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by appropriating funds for the appropriation or re-appropriation of expenditures that were budgeted or available to be budgeted in the previous fiscal year in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) re-appropriation of unencumbered balances identified by the Financial Administration Director as expenses necessary to maintain operations from Fiscal Year 2021-2022 into Fiscal Year 2022-2023. This item will increase the budget by $111,691.00
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3150, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 20221 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an revenue and expenditure budget of $28,022.00 from the proceeds from 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, no city match is required (THE TITLE OF THIS ITEM HAS BEEN REVISED)
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3151, establishing its intent to reimburse certain expenditures in connection with various capital improvement projects for the City's Bay Park incurred with proceeds of a future taxable or tax-exempt financing or financings; providing certain other matters in connection therewith, etc. (Title Only)
VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 22-5450, to rezone that certain parcel of real property totaling approximately 1.2 +/- acres bounded by Arlington Street on the north, Laurent Place on the east, a platted 30-foot wide alley right-of-way on the south, and a platted 15-foot wide alley right-of-way on the west with a street address of 1880 Arlington Street from the Office Professional Business (OPB) Zone District to the Sarasota Memorial Hospital (SMH) Zone District; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 22-REN-06, Applicant Charles D.
