VII.3) Adoption Re: Affirm Planning Board Resolution approving Major Conditional Use Application No. 22-CU-05 to allow the existing approximately 1,200 square-foot commercial space located at 127 South Pineapple Avenue to operate as a 67-seat restaurant/nightclub as a nightclub requires a Major Conditional Use in the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District; approving Site Plan Application No. 22-SP-21 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval, etc.
