VI) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 1:
VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City and Auditor and Clerk to execute the Third extension and final extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and The Southern Group of Florida, Inc. (RFP #20-08CM) for State Lobbying Services in the amount of $48,000.00
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Termination of Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota Garden Club, Incorporated
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension between the City of Sarasota and Risk Management Associates, Inc., d/b/a Public Risk Insurance Advisors, (RFP #19-45BK) for Property, Liability and Casualty Broker services for an administrative cost in the amount of $65,000.00
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Children First, Inc. for Child Care Community Development Block Grant - CARES Act Services in the amount of $285,852.00
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor to execute the required Certification Forms and Approve the Draft HOME - American Rescue Plan (ARP) Allocation Plan summarizing public outreach and recommending the funds be used for production of affordable housing and a Substantial Amendment in the amount of $3,170,598.00 to the Federal Fiscal Year 2021 Action Plan and the submission thereof to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Habitat for Humanity of Sarasota, Inc. to transfer title for the property located at 6119 Tanager Street, parcel 0285050017, for the purpose of constructing an affordable home
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Integrated Solutions Consulting, Corporation (RFP #18-26JS) for Disaster Recovery Consulting & Representation Services. The City currently has an estimated cost of $1,706,665.21 from Hurricane Ian on Disaster Recovery Consulting & Representation Services since the Agreement effective start date of January 30, 2019
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Professional Facilities Management, Inc. (RFP #22-19BK) for Owners Theatrical Representative Services for Sarasota Performing Arts Center on as as needed basis
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3153, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $95,773.00 for a grant from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to update the City's Climate Vulnerability Assessment. There is no match required for this grant
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3154, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $1,174,331.00 to pay annual debt service on the 2022 Bond for the One Stop Shop Building by utilizing a transfer from the General Fund, Water Fund, and Sewer Fund
