XII.1) Approval Re: Authorization for the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance amending and reinstating Ordinance Nos. 16-5167 and 21-5362 to extend the time for the developer of the proposed Sarasota Station development to obtain the first building permit for vertical construction by an additional two years as the developer is unable to meet the current deadline of July 7, 2023 and for staff to bring the ordinance forward to public hearing before the City Commission; Provide authorization for City Staff to process a Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment to update the text in Future Land Use Action Strategy 1.10(4) as well as any corresponding amendments to Ordinance 21-5362 and bring back to the City Commission for consideration at a future public hearing; Additionally, a previously approved escrow agreement will require revision and approval by the City Commission separate from the public hearing
