VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3166, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget creating an interfund loan from the General Fund to The Bay Park Construction Fund

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3167, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $3,170,598.00 from the Home Initiatives Partnership Program Rescue Plan fund allocation to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the County

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3168, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $115,000.00 for a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Speed and Aggressive Driving Grant for police officer overtime, benefits, and to purchase a speed measurement trailer. There is no City match required for this grant

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5459, amending the Code of the City of Sarasota; Chapter 33, Traffic and Motor Vehicles; Article IV, Stopping, Standing or Parking; to allow back-in parking in non angle parking spaces located in surface parking lots and in public parking garages as provided herein; providing for the severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid; providing for the repeal of Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
