VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Odyssey Manufacturing Co. utilizing a recent City of Clearwater contract to provide liquid sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine) on an as needed basis with an annual total estimated cost of approximately $500,000.00
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3169, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $370,182.00 for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Cares Act for rapid re-housing rental units, food distribution, childcare, and administrative cost
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3170, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $1,529,420.00 for a State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Disaster Recovery Funds Grant to be used for home construction or home repairs needed due to Hurricane Ian, and allows for 10% of the award to be used for Administration
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3171, authorizing the conveyance of the real property located at 6119 Tanager Street to Habitat for Humanity Sarasota, Inc. and authorizing the execution by the Mayor and attestation by the City Auditor and Clerk on behalf of the City of Sarasota of the Quitclaim Deed and other closing documents necessary to complete the conveyance, etc. (Title Only)

IX.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement and the First Amendment to Affordable Housing Initiatives Program Rental Housing Project between the City of Sarasota and Society of St. Vincent de Paul South Pinellas, Inc. d/b/a St. Vincent De Paul CARES for the purpose of constructing ten (10) affordable units at 1529 and 1539 25th Street
IX.2) Approval Re: Discussion and Approval of the Van Wezel Blue Ribbon Committee Qualifications and Process
X) LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARINGS:
X.1) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5462, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 2, Administration, Article V, Boards, Commissions and Committees, to provide that a quorum for the conduct of business on the Citizens with Disabilities Advisory Board, the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Protection Advisory Board, and the Public Art Committee shall consist of a majority of the non-student board members; providing that the Student Youth Representative may be a participant in the Students Taking Active Roles in Sarasota County (STAR) Program but may also qualify for appointment if a full time student; repealing Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
