VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Locally Funded Agreement between City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for the use of County Park Impact Fees for the purpose of park improvements at Orange Avenue Park (1822 Orange Avenue) in the amount of $572,000.00

VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Brett M. Muscat d/b/a Muscat Painting & Decorating (ITB 23-11JS) for Traffic Signal and Street Light Painting Services, the City spent $72,660.00 for Traffic Signal and Street Light Painting Services utilizing the previous contract, Bid No. 19-49CM from January 9, 2020 through January 8, 2023
VI.9) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute a First Amendment to and Third Extension of the Service Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. (WPFI) for Program Recyclables Processing. The Second Extension Agreement will expire March 31, 2023. The estimated cost for this service is $223,000.00 for this 6 Month extension
VI.10) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Kone, Inc. utilizing a recent City of Kansas City contract for the Van Wezel Elevator Upgrade Project Services with a project cost of $514,370.00
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3165, adopting the Sarasota County Unified Flood Insurance Promotion Plan (FIPP), etc. (Title Only)
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3173, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $23,336.00 for various donations received by the Sarasota Police Department to be used in accordance to the donors request
VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5462, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 2, Administration, Article V, Boards, Commissions and Committees, to provide that a quorum for the conduct of business on the Citizens with Disabilities Advisory Board, the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Protection Advisory Board, and the Public Art Committee shall consist of a majority of the non-student board members; providing that the Student Youth Representative may be a participant in the Students Taking Active Roles in Sarasota County (STAR) Program but may also qualify for appointment if a full time student; repealing Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5467, amending the Code of the City of Sarasota, Section 2-1, City Seal, to provide for the adoption of a new City Seal; providing for the repeal of Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
