IX.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3175, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $50,000,000 City of Sarasota, Florida Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 (Bay Park Phase 2) for the purpose of financing and/or reimbursing design, installation, acquisition, construction, reconstruction and equipping of various capital improvements of the City's Bay Park and its related facilities; providing that the 2023 Bonds shall be a limited obligations of the City payable from non-ad valorem revenues budgeted, appropriated and deposited as provided herein; providing for the rights, securities and remedies for holder of the 2023 Bonds; authorizing certain officials and employees of the City to take all actions required in connection with the sale, issuance and delivery of such Bonds; authorizing the option to insure all, a portion, or non of the Bonds, based on the advice of the Financial advisor; marking certain covenants and agreements in connection therewith; providing for conflicts; providing for severability, etc. (Title Only)
