VI) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 1:
VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment to and First Extension of Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Children First, Inc. for the City owned property located at 1742 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way Sarasota at a rental fee of $1.00 per year
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Fourth Extension of Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota Bay Estuary Program for office space within the City owned Federal Building with an annual rent of $31,684.92
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the 1 Year Extension Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Marathon Health, LLC (RFP #17-53TS) the medical management service provider for the City's Employee Health Center Clinic Services in the amount of $994,320.00
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc. and Hall Darling Design Studio, P.A. (RFP #18-38BK) for Architectural Services and the First Amendment to and Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and CPH Consulting, LLC. (RFP #18-38BK) for Architectural Services. The City has spent $90,558.00 with CPH Consulting, LLC, $350,831.00 with Hall Darling Design Studio, P.A., and has not spent any funds with Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc. since the initial commencement of this Agreement
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Standard SubGrant Agreement No. RT012 - City SRQ between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for Biological Debris Removal Services (Red Tide) in the amount of $278,794.65
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor Clerk to execute Agreement between the City of Sarasota and H.W. Lochner, Inc.; Patel, Green & Associates, LLC; HNTB Corporation; Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP, DRMP, Inc.; and Cummins Cederberg (RFP 22-48BK) for Continuing Consulting Services - Planning & Engineering Infrastructure Projects

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3157, creating a special revenue fund known as the "Opioid Crisis Settlement Fund" beginning in the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year and continuing into the future; specifying the purpose of the "Opioid Crisis Settlement Fund"; specifying deposits into said fund as well as future deposits into said fund; specifying uses for appropriations from the "Opioid Crisis Settlement Fund"; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3179, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $1,250,000.00 for a grant agreement with the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection for resilient infrastructure within the Bay Park. The match will be provided by the Bay Park Conservancy
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3180, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $500,000.00 from the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources for building improvements to the historical 1941 City Library "Chidsey" Building. The match will be provided by the Bay Park Conservancy
VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5468, amending the Zoning Code (2002 Edition), Article II, Definitions and Rules of Construction, Division 2, Definitions, Section II-201, Definitions, to modify the definition of subdivision; and Article IV, Development Review Procedures, Division 10, Subdivisions/Plats, Section IV-1001, Purpose and Applicability, to revise the subdivision requirements to make the definition and standards consistent; providing for severability of the parts hereof; etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 23-ZTA-01, Applicant: City of Sarasota)
