VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Mailloux and Sons Inc (Bid #19-05CM) for Concrete Services. The City has spent $25,930.00 on this agreement during the initial term.

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3181, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount of $2,481,929.00 to fund the wage increase for the the Teamsters and IUPA bargaining units, as outlined in the collective bargaining agreements, and positions not covered by the collective bargaining agreement, for wage parity

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3182, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an additional expenditure budget in the amount of $1,491,285.00 for four (4) repair or replacement projects needed due to Hurricane Ian. These projects have been approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and are expected to be 75% reimbursed
