VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor Clerk to execute Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Gorilla Kleen, LLC (ITB 23-24PB) for Sidewalk Cleaning and Homeless Site Cleanup Services. The City has spent $406,128.50 for Sidewalk Cleaning and Homeless Site Cleanup Services with Gorilla Kleen, LLC from June 12, 2017 through June 15, 2023
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to execute the Standard Grant Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for FDEP Agreement Number T2205 in the amount of $400,000.00 for The Legacy Trail - Payne Park (Alderman MURT) project
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Mattison's 41, LLC (RFP #23-07JS) for Emergency Food Services with an estimated amount of $50,000.00 annually
VI.9) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Third Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Redspeed Florida, LLC (RFP #17-29DD) for Red Light Camera Enforcement Services; ($1,089,018.00 Average Yearly Revenues) and ($841,000.00 Average Yearly Expenditures)
VI.10) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of the Agreements between the City of Sarasota and Rowland (DE), LLC and Vortex Infrastructure Services, LLC (Bid No. 20-02JS) and a Name Change Amendment for Rowland (DE) LLC for Wastewater Manhole Rehabilitation Services with an estimated total annual expense of approximately $400,000.00
VI.11) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Core & Main LP (Bid 23-23PB) for Parts for Raw Water Main Crossing I-75 with a total expenditure in the amount of $444,824.59

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3185, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $74,888.58 from the Home Investment Partnership Program Fund for home construction utilizing program income in excess of budget
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3186, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $1,077,376.52 from the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Fund for home construction and rental units utilizing program income in excess of budget
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3188, authorizing the execution by the Mayor and attestation by the City Auditor and Clerk on behalf of the City of Sarasota of the Amendment to Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Sarasota, etc. (Title Only)
