VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension and Third Amendment to Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Grant's Gardens SRQ, LLC (RFP #21-62DB) for Golden Gate Point Streetscape Maintenance Services with a price change from $6,784.00 per month to $7,123.20 per month

VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Mattison's 41, LLC. (RFP # 22-53PB) for Van Wezel Backstage Catering Services with an average annual expense in the amount of $125,000.00

VII.1) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5486, assigning a City Future Land Use Classification and a City Zone District to the 3.25 acre parcel of real property that was annexed into the City by Ordinance 22-5424; said parcel being the eastern 150 feet of the property located at 5400 Old Bradenton Road; providing that the City Future Land Use Classification and Zone District designation of the annexed parcel shall be the same as the Future Land Use Classification and Zoning of the adjacent 22.33 acre parcel to the west, which is held in common ownership; providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)
