VI.1) Approval Re: Proposed 2024 Regular City Commission Meeting Schedule and Deadlines
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Easement Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Florida Power and Light Company for the electrical power service infrastructure from the 20-foot platted alley way east to the One Stop Shop located at 1575 2nd Street
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and USA Fence Company for Fencing Materials and Installation at the Payne Park Tennis Center for a cost of $468,576.31
VI.4) Approval Re: Funding for FY 2023-2024 Neighborhood Partnership Grant Program (Cycle A) in the amount of $34,106.37
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize approval of the Federal Financial Assistance Subrecipient Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for acceptance of Phase II Managing Community Forests Grant with a 50% match in the amount of $16,205.85
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute a Major Encroachment Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota 500, LLC, aka Sarasota Ford, to Provide two Level 3 EV Charging Stations on a portion of the city right of way of S. Payne Parkway

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3210, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $150,000.00 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund fund balance for cost of additional scope of work on the mobile command post, leased vehicles, and other services and equipment as per Florida Statue 932.7055
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3211, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $11,000.00 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund to distribute funds to qualified organizations in accordance with Florida Statute 732.7055
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3212, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $10,462.00 from the General Fund for donations received by the Sarasota Police Department to be utilized by specific units within the Police Department
VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3215, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an revenue and expenditure budget of $121,608.00 from the Special Revenue Grant Fund for the 2023 Managing Community Forests Grant Phase II. A 100% match of $16,206.00 and additional funding of $89,196.00 is provided by an interfund transfer from the Tree Replacement Fund
VII.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 23R-3216, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $1,650,000.00 for a grant agreement with the State of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for recreational day docks within the Bay Park. The match will be provided by the Bay Park Conservancy
