VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3230, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a reduction in revenue and expenditure budget of $(849,539.00) from the Office of Housing and Community Development Fund due to the County managing their own grants and establish a transfer of $246,362.00 from the General Fund fund balance to subsidize the shortfall for the remainder of the fiscal year

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3232, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $20,000.00 from the Special Revenue Grant Fund for a grant award from the West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) for the purpose of rapid response and removal of derelict vessels from the waterways. VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3233, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $155,328.00 from the Special Revenue Grant Fund for a grant award from the West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) for the purpose of marine patrol hours. There is no match required for this grant

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5508, amending the Floodplain Management Ordinance No. 22-5431, as amended by Ordinance No. 23-5482, Chapter 1, Administration, Section 102.3, Basis for Establishing Flood Hazard Areas, and Section 103.9, Floodplain Management Records, so as to update the date of the flood insurance study for Sarasota County as well as the location of the studies, maps and other relevant records so as to comply with Federal Emergency Management Agency requirements; providing for severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid, etc., (Title Only)
