VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and West Florida Supply Co for Janitorial Supplies and Chemicals

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Major Encroachment Agreement (23-ENC-02) between the City of Sarasota and Desota Apartments Property Owner, LLC to construct a canopy within the 2nd Street right-of-way

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Tetra Tech, Inc. The city spent $1,692,482.29 for Disaster Recovery Consulting and Representation Services utilizing the previous agreement, RFP 18-26JS from January 30, 2019 through February 12, 2024

VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Woodruff & Sons, Inc. (Bid No. 24-09JS) for the 30-Inch Raw Water Main Crossing I-75 (Verna) project with a total contract price in the amount of $1,592,126.21

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment to and Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Ardaman & Associates, Inc., (RFP 19-52CM) for Consulting Engineering Services (Soil and Material Testing) and the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Terracon Consultants, Inc. and Tierra, Inc. (RFP 19-52CM) for Consulting Engineering Services (Soil and Material Testing). The City has spent $40,386.65 with Ardaman & Associates, Inc.; $6,845 with Terracon Consultants, Inc.; and no money was spent with Tierra, Inc. since February 5, 2020

VI.7) Announcement Re: Provide Notice of Issuance of Emergency Purchase Order for Synagro South, LLC to provide mobile dewatering services at the wastewater treatment plant in the amount of $65,000.00
