VI.1) Approval Re: 2023 Annual Reports of City Advisory Boards
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor to execute the second Modification to Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Ian Black Real Estate, LLC., to extend the term from April 1, 2024 to June 1, 2024 to search for properties suitable for the development of affordable/attainable housing within the City
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second and Final 1-Year Extension Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Marathon Health, LLC (RFP #17-53TS) the medical management service provider for the City's Employee Health Center Clinic Services in the amount of $1,014,206.40
VI.4) Approval Re: Recommendations for the use of State Housing Initiatives Program Disaster Recovery Hurricane Idalia funding for the renovation of affordable housing units
VI.5) Approval Re: Funding for FY 2023-2024 Neighborhood Partnership Grant Program (Cycle B) in the amount of $4,750.00
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor Clerk to execute Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Ceres Environmental Services, Inc.; DRC Emergency Services, LLC; and Phillips and Jordan, Incorporated (RFP 23-38JS) for Debris Removal and Other Recovery Services. The City has spent $2,586,154.12 for Debris Removal and Other Recovery Services utilizing the previous agreement (RFP 18-05JS) from July 3, 2018 through February 21, 2024
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Amendment to and First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Merrell Bros., Inc. (RFP #19-16TS) for Solid Waste Hauling Services with a price rate of $430.48 per load. This is a 11.2% increase from current rate of $387.12 per load
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Extension of Agreement between City of Sarasota and VIBEngineering, Inc. and BCC Engineering, LLC for Consulting Engineering Services (Regional Advanced Traffic Management System) (RFP #20-41CM). The City has spent $393,627.00 with VIBEngineering, Inc. and $350,736.00 with BCC Engineering, LLC since the initial commencement of this Agreement
VI.9) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground, Inc. (24-04JS) for the Small AC Water Main (FY23) Replacement project with a total contract price of $1,810,136.35
VI.10) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Synagro South, LLC, for Sludge Dewatering and Hauling Services on an as-needed basis with an estimated total annual amount of $500,000.00

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3236, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the amount of $135,000.00 for revenues and fees related to ParkMobile
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3237, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $400,000.00 for a grant from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Legacy Trail - Alderman MURT project
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3238, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount of $500,000.00 for West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) Grant Agreement (Project No. S-468) between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for Bayfront Park Repairs and Improvements
