VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Sarasota, the City of North Port and Sarasota County regarding the Distribution Formula for Allocation of Revenue from Local Option Fuel Taxes (1-6 Cent) levied pursuant to Section 336.025(1)(a), Florida Statutes
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Easement between the City of Sarasota and Peoples Gas System, Inc. for the installation of an underground gas line and aboveground and underground appurtenances including without limitation telecommunications equipment, risers, and pipeline markers
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 22ST1 between the City of Sarasota and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Lido Key Beach Nourishment Project. The Amendment No. 1 increases the total amount of funding of the Agreement by $1,379,250.00 to a total of $2,499,000.00
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Superior Asphalt, Inc. (ITB24-29ST) for Annual Street Resurfacing Projects. The City has spent $5,243,274.36 for Annual Street Resurfacing utilizing contract, Bid No. 17-33JS from June 7, 2017 through June 6, 2022

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3246, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $900,000.00 for refuse fees received in FY 2024
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3249, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount of $105,000.00 for Phase II and Phase III of Economic Development Strategic Planning - Economic Market Analysis and Visioning
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3250, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount $88,233.00 for new Development Services positions and reclassifications

X.1) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3248, relating to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program; adopting the City of Sarasota Utility Systems Improvements Facilities Plan Update dated April 2024; adopting the City of Sarasota State Revolving Fund Business Plan/Capital Financing Plan; authorizing submission of the plans to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection; designating the City of Sarasota authorized representative, etc. (Title Only)
X.2) Continued Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5511, amending the Future Land Use Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sarasota [AKA The Sarasota City Plan (2030)] to change the Future Land Use Map Classification of an approximately 1.825+/- acre parcel of real property bounded by Fruitville Road on the north and Saint Lucie Avenue on the west, a portion of which is included within a parent tract of real property with a street address of 4380 Fruitville Road, from the Community Office/Institutional and Single Family-Very Low Density Future Land Use Map Classifications to the Multiple Family-Moderate Density Future Land Use Map Classification, in accordance with Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application No. 23-PA-04; repealing ordinances in conflict; providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 23-PA-04, Applicant: Joel Freedman, AICP, of Freedman Consulting & Development, LLC as agent representing Frank J. X.3) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance 24-5516, to specifically repeal Ordinance 13-5052; to amend Chapter 20 of the Sarasota City Code, Sound Regulations, by deleting those provisions that were added to the Code by Ordinance 13-5052 when the former Section 316.3045 Florida Statutes was declared invalid by the Florida Supreme Court so as to allow Law Enforcement to return to enforcing regulations pertaining to sound emanating from motor vehicles in accordance with state law rather than in accordance with city ordinance; providing for severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid; providing for repeal of ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
X.4) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance 24-5517, amending Chapter 20 of the Sarasota City Code, Sound Regulations, to clarify and confirm that the Code Compliance Special Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide alleged violations of Chapter 20 of the City Code, also known as the City Sound Control Ordinance; repealing Section 20-10 of the City Code, providing that a person may appeal a citation to County Court; providing penalties for violations; authorizing lesser fines for uncontested violations as required by law; providing for the severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid; providing for the repeal of ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
