VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Rileighs Outdoor, LLC dba Holiday Outdoor Decor dba Christmas Designers Florida for City of Sarasota Holiday Decor services with an estimated cost of $400,000+/- over the 3 year term of the contract

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement for Consulting Engineering Services (Traffic Impact Studies, Circulation Reviews, and Analysis) (RFP 19-51BK) between the City of Sarasota and W.E. Oliver, P.E., LLC. The City has spent $185,908.95 with W.E. Oliver, P.E., LLC from January 22, 2020 through January 21, 2024

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Third Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and CPH Consulting, LLC ; Hall Darling Design Studio, P.A.; and Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc. (RFP 18-38BK) for Architectural Services The City has spent $171,332.17 with CPH Consulting, LLC; $410,486.50 with Hall Darling Studio, P.A.; and has not spent any funds with Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc. since the initial commencement of this Agreement

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground, Inc. (ITB 24-32JS) for U.S. 41 at 14th Street Roundabout - Community Aesthetic Feature in the amount of $340,906.50

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement renewal between the City of Sarasota and the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection for an easement located just south and along the Ringling Causeway Bridge

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3258, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget in the amount of $262,500.00 for 1st Street Properties Deposit and Due Diligence Costs

VII.2) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5522, to vacate that certain northerly portion of the platted Public Use Easement area labeled as "Parkway" located on privately owned real property with a street address of 4400 Bay Shore Road and that certain approximately 9,991+/- square-foot portion of the platted 40-foot wide Corwood Drive (originally platted as Nagirroc Park Road) right-of-way bounded on the north and south by the "Parkway" located at 4400 Bay Shore Road; all as more particularly described herein; providing for severability of the parts hereof; etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 23-SV-01, Applicant: Martin P. Black, AICP, as agent representing Steve Murray, Beverly Murray, owners)

VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5526, to correct and modify projects related to level of service standards in the Capital Improvements Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sarasota [a/k/a the Sarasota City Plan]; stating findings of fact; adopting by reference an updated schedule of level of service projects into the Capital Improvements Chapter of the Sarasota City Plan; repealing ordinances in conflict; providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5528, amending Chapter 24, Personnel, Article II, Pensions, Division 3, Police Officers' Pension Plan; amending Section 24-65, Finances and Fund Management; providing for severability of provisions; repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith, etc. (Title Only)
