VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Integrated Fire & Security Solutions Inc., (RFP #24-21JS) pertaining to Installation, Maintenance, Repair, and Upgrade Services for the City's Access Control and CCTV Security Camera Systems on an as-needed basis
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment to and First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Clean Space Inc. (RFP # 21-13BK) for Cleaning Services (Public Restrooms, Offices and Employee Health Clinic) with at a cost of approximately $335,950.00 annually
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 22ST1 for the Lido Key Beach Nourishment Project between the City of Sarasota and Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Amendment No. 2 increases the total amount of funding of the Agreement by $83,375.00 to a total of $2,582,375.00
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second and Final Extension of the Agreement between City of Sarasota and Rowland (DE), LLC (Bid No. 20-02JS) for Wastewater Manhole Rehabilitation Services with an estimated total annual expense of approximately $400,000.00
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground Inc., (24-42ST) for the Lift Station 59 Force Main & S. Lodge Dr. Water Main Replacement project with a total contract price of $799,942.22
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Amendment to and First Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Waterfield Florida Staffing, LLC. (RFP #21-40TS) for School Crossing Guard Services

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3261, establishing its intent to reimburse certain expenditures incurred by the City in connection with a workforce housing project with proceeds of a future taxable or tax-exempt financing or financings; providing certain other matters in connection therewith, etc. (Title Only)
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3270, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $7,106,720.00 within the Affordable Housing Trust Fund for the purpose of purchasing real property as outlined in the Purchase and Sale Agreements for 1544 1st Street and 1590 1st Street
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 24R-3273, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $73,111.00 within the St. Armand's Business District escrow fund for the purpose of terminating the Fillmore Drive lease and removing the public restrooms in the building
VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5532, to vacate an approximately 168.75+/- square-foot portion of a Right-of-Way easement granted by the Sarasota Housing Authority to the City of Sarasota pursuant to a Right-of-Way easement dated September 13, 2022, recorded in the Official Records of Sarasota County as Instrument No. 2022152500 so as to facilitate the approximately 2.5 foot encroachment of the Lofts on Lemon Phase 1 building into that portion of the easement area; all as is more particularly described herein; providing for severability of the parts hereof; etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 24-SV-03, Applicant: Joel Freedman as agent representing owner Sarasota Housing Authority)
