VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3294, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To transfer the expenditure budget in the amount of $338,905.00 from the Serena Street Pedestrian Connections Project, Project No. 002284 to the Main Street Streetscape Project, Project No. 002520
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3295, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the Tourist Development Tax fund in the amount of $$1,462,625.00
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3296, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the Tourist Development Tax fund in the amount of $174,970.00
VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5535, to vacate that certain approximately 4,560+/- square-foot portion of the platted approximately 50 foot wide Winton Avenue Right-of-Way (platted as Winton Place Avenue) bounded on the north by the southerly Right-of-Way line of 32nd Street (platted as Columbia Drive) and bounded on the south by the southern boundary of the Plat of Highland Pines subdivision and located between the parcels of real property with street addresses of 1124 and 1132 32nd Street; all as is more particularly described herein; providing for severability of the parts hereof; etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 24-SV-02, Applicant: Bruce Franklin, as agent representing co-applicants FJC Property Rentals LLC and Jozetta Holdings LLC owners)
VII.5) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5549, amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sarasota [The Sarasota City Plan], Future Land Use Chapter, to revise the text of Subsection (4) of Action Strategy 1.10, Site Specific Limitations, to be consistent with current policy in regard to the time period for affordability and timing of tenant income monitoring reports for attainable dwellings units by extending the affordability period from fifteen years to thirty years and by removing quarterly verification reporting requirements, all for the real property located at 300 and 508 Audubon Place, as well as 2211 Fruitville Road; and to address which site specific limitations would apply in the event the property owner pursues development upon the property pursuant to the Live Local Act; repealing ordinances in conflict; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 23-PA-02, Applicant: City of Sarasota)
