XI.1) Public Hearing Re: Proposed Resolution 25R-3308, approving G Zone Waiver Application No. 24-GZW-01 to allow dock pilings to be up to 14.5 feet above mean high water in contravention of the Zoning Code limitation of 10.5 feet, and to allow the seawall to be up to 6.1 feet above the mean low watermark in contravention of the Zoning Code limitation of 5 feet; all upon real property located at 1059 N. Tamiami Trail, commonly known as The Bay Park in the Governmental (G) Zone District; providing for conditions of approval, etc. (Title Only) AND Affirmation of the Planning Board Resolution recommending approval of Major Conditional Use Application No. 25-CU-02 to allow construction and operation of a floating day dock along the southern seawall of the existing boat basin on real property with a street address of 1059 N. Tamiami Trail, commonly known as The Bay Park, as docks which exceed the limitations found within Section VII-1302 (18), Zoning Code (2002 Edition) require a major conditional use in the Governmental (G) Zone District; approving Site Plan Application No. 25-Sp-05 regarding said use; providing for conditions of approval (Application Nos. 24-GZW-01, 25-CU-02 & 25-SP-05) (Applicant Philip DiMaria, as agent representing the Bay Park Conservancy)
