IX.2) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5558, amending the Zoning Code (2002 Edition), Article VII, Regulations of General Applicability, Division 7, Public Art, so as to allow additional developer options to provide public art, define the role of the Planning Director, clarify the public art approval process, exceptions, and additions, and to allow the Public Art Fund to support the advancement of the adopted 2030 Public Art Plan and all actions associated with operations and stewardship of the Public Art Collection; providing for severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)
