VI.1) Approval Re: CDBG Funding Substantial Amendment 2 in the amount of $285,225.00 to the Federal Fiscal Year 2024 Action Plan, moving project funds from park improvements to affordable housing, and the submission thereof to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
VI.2) Approval Re: Staff Recommendation to utilize State Housing Initiatives Program Disaster Recovery funds for the Home Rehabilitation Program for the benefit of homeowners adversely affected by the 2024 hurricanes and subsequent Budget Amendment to include $14,800.00 for administration of the funds and $281,200.00 for Home Rehabilitation
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Marathon Health, LLC (RFP #24-64HR) the medical management service provider for the City's Employee Health Center Clinic Services in the amount of $1,297,656.00
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Environmental Products Group, Inc. for Equipment Purchase in the amount of $294,074.00 to replace current street sweeper
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Second Amendment and Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Odyssey Manufacturing Co. to provide Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite on an as needed basis with an annual total estimated cost in the amount of $600,000.00
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3318, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $142,721.45 within the Opioid Settlement Fund for funds received from the Opioid Settlement Proceeds
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3319, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $296,000.00 within the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Fund for funds received from the State for disaster recovery
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3320, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To increase the Table of Organization by 3 positions totaling $112,512.00 due to departmental needs and the associated expenditure budget
VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3322, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). This budget amendment is to request that a revenue and expense budget be established for $2,249,147.00 within the Special Revenue Grant Fund and its required match in the Penny Sales Tax Fund for the mast arm upgrade to multiple interactions within the City
VII.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3323, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $78,367.00 within the General Fund allowing for continued maintenance of sidewalks throughout the fiscal year
VII.6) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3324 amending the City's Formal Rules of Procedure for City Commission Meetings, etc. (Title Only)
