VI.1) Approval Re: City of Sarasota Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and Required Auditor Communication Letter for fiscal year end September 30, 2024

VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Agreement between the City of Sarasota and W.W. Grainger Inc., to provide Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and Industrial Supplies on an as-needed basis with an estimated annual amount of $250,000.00

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Change Order No. 1 between the City of Sarasota and AC Shultes of Florida, Inc. for the Downtown Wells Rehabilitations project in the amount of $106,895.50

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3326, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $17,160,907.00 within the General Fund for expenditures related to Hurricanes Helene and Milton and the associated reimbursements from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
