VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Adeas-Q, LLC; Alfred Benesch & Company; BCC Engineering, LLC; The Corradino Group, Inc.; Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.; and Patel, Greene, and Associates, LLC (RFP 24-67ST) for Consulting Engineering Services (Traffic Impact Studies, Circulation Reviews and Analysis). The City has spent $1,263,033.02 from January 22, 2020 through January 1, 2025 under previous Agreement RFP 19-51BK for Consulting Engineering Services (Traffic Impact Studies, Circulation Reviews and Analysis)

VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Temporary Access and Work Area Easement and the Temporary Assignment of Perpetual Beach Storm Damage Reduction Easements between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3325, approving the Local Housing Assistance Plan as required by the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program Act, Subsections 420.907- 420.9079, Florida Statutes; and Rule Chapter 67-37, Florida Administrative Code; authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute any necessary documents and certifications needed by the State; authorizing the submission of the Local Housing Assistance Plan for review and approval by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, etc. (Title Only)

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3327, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $966,937.00 within the Sarasota Performing Arts Center Construction Fund for reimbursement to the Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation for fronted design costs

VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5564, repealing 37-96 and creating 37-2 of the Sarasota City Code to provide for authority to assess and collect utility fees from customers through third party providers; and providing for codification, severability, and for an effective date, etc. (Title Only)
