VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Tropical Touch Restoration, Inc. (ITB 25-34SP) for City-Wide Interior and Exterior Painting and Pressure Washing Services

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3337, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid; etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $200,633.00 within the Special Revenue Fund and Penny Sales Tax 3 Fund allowing for reimbursement for the purchase and installment of a permanent generator from a Hazard Mitigation Grant

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3338, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid; etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $113,000.00 within the Special Revenue Fund and Penny Sales Tax 4 Fund allowing for reimbursement for the purchase and installment of hurricane rated impact resistant windows and doors from a Hazard Mitigation Grant

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3345, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid; etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $316,127.46 within the Community Development Block Grant Fund to utilize program income received over budgeted revenues

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5566, proposing to rezone real property totaling approximately 1.2 +/- acres, more or less, having street addresses of 65 S. Palm Avenue and 136 Mira Mar Court, from the Downtown Core (DTC) Zone District to the Downtown Bayfront (DTB) Zone District; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application No. 25-REN-02) (Applicant Brenda Patten, Esq., as agent representing Miramar Acquisition Company, LLC, owner)

VII.5) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5570, approving Rezone Ordinance Amendment Application 24-ROA-02 to amend Rezone Ordinance 08-4824, which rezoned real property located between the waters of Sarasota Bay and John Ringling Boulevard with a street address of 1100 John Ringling Boulevard; also known as the Sarasota Yacht Club, subject to all future development being in compliance with approved Site Plan 08-SP-16; affirming Planning Board approval of Minor Conditional Use Application 24-MCU-03 to allow an expansion of the existing Sarasota Yacht Club; and approving Site Plan Application 24-SP-12 to allow construction of a new 3 story building with ground floor in structure parking; expansion of the existing clubhouse and structured parking and an addition to the existing outside dining deck area; all as more particularly set forth herein, etc. (Title Only) (Application Nos. 24-ROA-02, 24-MCU-03, 24-SP-12) (Applicant Joel J.
