VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3348, relating to the acquisition, construction and funding of Capital Improvements associated with a new public parking garage on St. Armands Key; being the annual assessment Resolution approving the assessment roll for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2025 and confirming the applicable portion of the cost of the improvements to be paid by assessments; imposing assessments upon all tax parcels described in the assessment roll; directing certification of the assessment roll to the Sarasota County Tax Collector; providing for severability, etc. (Title Only)

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3349, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid; etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $1,670,000.00 from the Parks Impact Fee Fund for improvements to be made to the Nature Park at Bobby Jones Golf Club

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 25R-3350, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish budget of $400,000.00 to advance funds to St Armands Paid Parking Area Fund to be repaid to the General Fund with interest at the City's blended investment portfolio rate

To transfer budgets from completed projects within the Renewal, Replacement and IMP Fund totaling $82,477.00, to assist in the replacement of a pump in the Effluent Pump Station

VII.5) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 24-5546, to vacate that certain approximately 1.403+/- acre portion of the platted right-of-way known as 10th Street, commencing westward from the roundabout within the N. Tamiami Trail right-of-way to the shore of Sarasota Bay and including four platted rights-of-way which extend northward from 10th Street to the Boat Basin, all located within the northerly portion of The Bay Park with a street address of 655 N.
