VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement for Soil and Materials Testing Services (RFP 25-11 MC) between the City of Sarasota and Ardaman & Associates, Inc.; Tierra, Inc.; Tierra South Florida, Inc. d/b/a TSFGeo; and UES Professional Solutions, LLC. The City has spent $95,301.40 on Soil and Materials Testing Services under previous Agreement 19-52CM
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Deed of Easement between the City of Sarasota and Florida Power & Light for Underground Transmission Service to the Municipal Auditorium and Bayfront Community Center
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement for Coastal Engineering Consulting Services (RFP 25-09HR) between the City of Sarasota and Coastal Protection Engineering, LLC. and Taylor Engineering, Inc. The City has spent $464,058.16 under previous Agreement RFP 19-54TS for Consulting Engineering Services (Coastal Engineering)
VI.9) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Amendment and Second Extension of Agreement between City of Sarasota and Windemuller Technical Services, Inc. (Bid No. 21-36JS) for City-Wide Electrical Maintenance Services with an estimated total annual expense in the amount of $142,000.00

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3362, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To increase the expenditure budget in the amount of $858,000.00 to fund the wage increase for the IUPA Bargaining Unit, as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreements, and a lump sum payment for certain positions not covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement that were not eligible for step increases
