XI.1) Public Hearing Re: Site Plan Application No. 25-SP-11, request for Site Plan approval to redevelop the approximately 2.55-acre site with a street address of 1660 21st Street. Phase IV of the Amaryllis Park Place development project will include the demolition of thirty-two existing residential units and the construction of a three-story, 36-unit residential building and a three-story, 25-unit residential building with amenities. All residential units are proposed as attainable. Vehicular access will remain via 21st Street. The site is currently Zoned Governmental (G) Zone District and is located within the Housing Authority Overlay District with a Future Land Use designation of Multiple Family (Medium Density)
