VI.1) Approval Re: Federal FY 2026-2030 Draft Consolidated Plan and Federal FY2 026-2027 Year One (1) Annual Action Plan
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Infrastructure Solution Services, LLC; CPH Consulting, LLC; Adeas-Q, LLC; DRMP, Inc.; and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (RFP 25-47MC) for Engineering Design and Construction Oversight Services - Small Public Works Right of Way and Parks Infrastructure Projects
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Local Agency Program Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the Hurricane Milton Permanent Highway Lighting Repair Project
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the First Renewal and First Amendment between the City of Sarasota and WSP USA Inc. (RFP 23-04JS) for City-Wide Environmental & Hydrologist Professional Services, with a total estimated annual expenditure in the amount of $100,000.00
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Utilities Department to execute a Purchase Order between the City of Sarasota and Johnson-Laux Construction, LLC for the Seawater Intake Pier Repairs in the amount of $317,326.78
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3400, calling for the First Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and the General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 for the purpose of electing two At-large City Commissioners for a term of four years; setting forth the location of the polling places; authorizing the Mayor to appoint the Clerks, Inspectors and Officers for the election, etc. (Title Only)
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3401, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget for the trolley grant within the Economic Development Fund in the amount of $371,057.00
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3402, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To increase the expenditure budget in the amount of $100,000.00 within the Development Applications Fund utilizing available fund balance for traffic studies
VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3404, authorizing the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Local Agency Program Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Sarasota for the Hurricane Milton Permanent Highway Lighting Repair Project; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only)
VII.5) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3405, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish expense budgets within three (3) different funds in the amount of $491,500.00 for unallocated costs associated with litigation and outside counsel
VII.6) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 26R-3406, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish expense budgets within the medical and dental fund for claims and insurance for the remainder of FY26 in the amount of $1,572,500.00
VII.7) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 26-5596, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 16, Article II, collection and disposal of recyclable materials and solid waste; Division 2, mandatory solid-waste collection, Section 16-27, fees for removal of solid waste by city-amounts, etc., to increase the rates set forth therein by adding a uniform surcharge of $3.63 per account to be used to fund the City of Sarasota Natural Disaster Collection Reserve Account; and to delete provisions setting the rates that were previously in effect for fiscal years 2023/24 and 2024/25, amending the Sarasota City Code, Chapter 13 emergencies, to add thereto a new Section 13-7 to be entitled "Natural Disaster Collection Reserve Account" In order to codify resolution 26R-3372; Providing for the severability of the parts hereof, etc. (Title Only)
