Site Plan No. 25-SP-15 includes a +/-8,924 square-foot expansion of the existing South Shore Community Church located at 1899 S. Tuttle Ave to include a two-story building with an auditorium, offices, and conference rooms, and a 6,000 square foot outdoor pavilion on the southeast corner of the property. Vehicular access will remain from Arlington St. and Hillview St. as more particularly described in said application.
