VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the Southwest Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA), Inc., for years October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024. The total cost of the three-year contract is $97,449.00 with wages, life insurance, and reimbursement for all riders (not including unplanned overtime)

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and the City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Dell Marketing, L.P., (RFP #19-06JS) for City-Wide Computer Refresh on as needed basis with anticipated spending in the amount of $100,000.00

VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Clean Space Inc., (RFP #21-13BK) for cleaning services for public restrooms and buildings at an approximate annual cost in the amount of $165,000.00

VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between City of Sarasota and Jon F. Swift Inc., (RFP #21-05JS) for Bayfront Park playground and splash pad replacement Design Build Services at a cost in the amount of $198,432.00

VI.7) Approval Re: City Community Development Block Grant CARES Act Substantial Amendment to Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Action Plan in the amount of $714,628.00 and the submission thereof to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Spectrum Underground (Bid No. 21-38TS) for construction of the Judicial Parking Lot in accordance with Interlocal Agreement with Sarasota County

VI.9) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Advanced Environmental Laboratories Inc., (Bid No. 21-26TS) for Analytical Laboratory Services with an estimated total annual expense of approximately $85,000.00

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3010, creating a Charter Review Committee; appointing members; stating the purpose for establishing a Charter Review Committee and authorizing the Committee to review the entire Charter of the City of Sarasota; providing for administrative support and assistance, etc. (Title Only)

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3012, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget to increase the table of organization by funding a Building Inspector Multi-License position for the remainder of the fiscal year, approximately three (3) months with the use of the Building Services Fund balance and will increase the budget in the amount of $23,954.00

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3014, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $10,014.00 to fund an Administrative Assistant position within the Special Events Department for the remainder of the fiscal year, approximately three (3) months with the use of General Fund fund balance. This item will increase the budget in the amount of $10,014.00

VII.4) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5371, amending Chapter 24, Personnel, Article II, Pensions, Division 3, Police Officers' Pension Plan; Amending Section 24-61, definitions; amending Section 24-70, normal retirement; spouse's benefits; amending Section 24-76, credited service for Military Service prior to employment; amending Section 24-78, Optional Forms of Benefits; amending Section 24-81, Special Provisions and Limitations Federal; amending Section 24-91, Deferred Retirement Option Plan; providing for severability of provisions; repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith; etc. (Title Only)
