X.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3009, authorizing the City of Sarasota to join with the State of Florida and other local governments as a participant in the Partial Settlement of Opioid Claims as outlined in the document entitled "Proposal Memorandum of Understanding" appended to this Resolution as Exhibit "A"'; and further authorizing the execution by the Mayor of subsequent formal agreements implementing a unified plan for the use and allocation of prospective settlement dollars resulting from opioid related litigation, etc. (Title Only)
