CALL MEETING TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

VI) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 1:
VI.1) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease Renewal between the City of Sarasota and Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida for Harts Landing for five (5) years at an estimated annual cost in the amount of $45,498.53
VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City of Auditor and Clerk to execute the Fourth Extension of Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Sarasota Outboard Club, Inc. which extends the Lease Term for an additional 5 years from September 8, 2021 - September 7, 2026 and leaves one remaining 5 year extension if mutually agreed between the parties. The annual income the City receives on the this lease is approximately $15,500.00
VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk the execute the Second Extension of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Richard's Plumbing Repair, Inc. and Apollo Construction & Engineering Services, Inc. (Bid #17-40JS ) for City - Wide Plumbing Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services on an as needed basis. The City has spent approximately $61,500.00 annually for these services
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3019, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only). To establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $100,000.00 for the National Park Service, Newtown Historic Grant. This item will increase the budget by $100,000.00.
