VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3020, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $714,628.00 from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for CARES act funding allocation as approved by City Commission on July 19, 2021 to be used to benefit low-income individuals and families adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This item will increase the budget by $714,628.00

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 21R-3021, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in Exhibit A; providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget for the 2020 Managing Community Forests Grant of $25,000 with a required match of $25,000 and an additional $25,000 to inventory trees outside the scope of the grant. The required match and additional funds will utilize the Tree Replacement Fund. This item will increase the budget by $75,000.
