VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3066, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to reallocate funds of $30,000.00 from Mast Arm Painting Project to Traffic Signals Parts and Re-lamping Projects due to an increase in preventative maintenance program. This item does not increase the budget, it is a re-allocation of budgeted funds
VII.3) Adoption Re: Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance No. 21-5390, amending the Zoning Code of the City of Sarasota; Article VII, Regulations of General Applicability; Division 1, Signs; Section VII-109, Signs Prohibited in all Zoning Districts, to create an exception to the prohibition of off site signs for banners secured to fences on the campus of a public or private elementary, middle or high school; amending Section VII-106, Exemptions from a Permit Requirement to provide that such banners shall not require a sign permit; providing for severability of the parts hereof; providing for the repeal of Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
