VI.3) Approval Re: Funding for FY 2021-2022 Neighborhood Grant Program - Cycle B in the amount of $8,600.00
VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Multimodal Transportation Impact Fee Deferral Lien Agreement between the City of Sarasota, the Sarasota Housing Authority and Amaryllis Park Place, LLLP for Amaryllis Park Place Phase I development project located at 2101 N. Orange Avenue
VI.5) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Locally Funded Agreement between City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for the use of County Park Impact Fees for the purpose of park improvements at Avion Park (436 North Pompano Avenue Drive) in the amount of $192,000.00
VI.6) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Locally Funded Agreement between City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for the use of County Park Impact Fees for construction of a new park in the Rosemary District (531 Central Avenue and 1386 Boulevard of the Arts) in the amount of $256,719.00
VI.7) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Contract Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Ringling Cleaners Inc. (Bid #21-73JS) for Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for an estimated amount of $45,848.00
VI.8) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Second Extension and First Amendment of Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Mulch Blowers of Florida Inc. (ITB No. 19-27AO) for Blown-In Engineered Wood Fiber and Mulch Installation Services with an annual cost of approximately $71,039.00
VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:
VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3086, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $1,233,629.00 for salaries, benefits, operating, and capital cost to increase the table of organization for ten (10) additional Police Officers. This request is for six (6) months of funding utilizing the General Fund fund balance
VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3087, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $1,128,334.00 for principal and interest payments for the Series 2022 Revenue Bond utilizing the General Fund fund balance
VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3089, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $90,000.00 for traffic calming software as part of the Smart City Initiative project as approved through the Strategic Plan. Funding will be provided utilizing a transfer from currently budgeted projects within the Local Option Fuel Tax Fund
