VI.2) Approval Re: Authorize Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Thirteenth Extension of Lease Agreement between the City of Sarasota and Gary L. Reinhardt D.V.M. for the City owned property located at 311 S. Washington Boulevard Sarasota, FL

VI.3) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the Sarasota County Property Appraiser, Bill Furst and the City of Sarasota Taxing Authorities for a contingency-based homestead exemption audit

VI.4) Approval Re: Authorize the Mayor and City Auditor and Clerk to execute the Interlocal Agreement by and between Sarasota County and the City of Sarasota creating a Joint Affordable Housing Advisory Council

VII) CONSENT AGENDA NO. 2:

VII.1) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3092, authorizing the execution by the Mayor and attestation by the City Auditor and Clerk on behalf of the City of Sarasota of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation and City of Sarasota for Connected and Automated Vehicle Project, etc. (Title Only)

VII.2) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3093, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $487,500.00 for a Florida Department of Environmental Protection grant for the Bobby Jones Water Quality Improvement Project. There is no match required for this grant

VII.3) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3094, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish a revenue and expenditure budget of $3,023,070.00 for a Southwest Florida Water Management District Grant to create wetlands project at Bobby Jones Golf Complex. There is a 50% match required for this grant

VII.4) Adoption Re: Proposed Resolution No. 22R-3096, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 by providing for supplemental appropriations in the amounts identified in exhibit A: providing for severability if any of the parts hereof are declared invalid, etc. (Title Only) to establish an expenditure budget of $31,000.00 from the Equipment Replacement Fund to replace three (3) vehicle lifts for the Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Division utilizing fund balance saved for the purpose of equipment replacement
